Frequently Asked Questions About Modeling

What types of people are you looking for?
All kinds! We photograph the young, old, big, and small—anyone who is outgoing and feels comfortable in front of a camera. We don’t necessarily want people who look like a typical fashion model, just friendly people with big smiles. Previous modeling experience doesn’t hurt. But it is not a requirement.

What sort of photos do you take?
We take portraits of models with a variety of facial expressions and gestures against a plain, white background. Click here to view sample photos.

Where will the photos be used?
The images will be commercially licensed. They can be used to help illustrate an idea or sell products and services. The photos can appear in all kinds of media including print, television, film, and online. The photos will NOT be used in a pornographic or defamatory manner. Click here to see examples of our photos in use.

Are models paid?
Yes. It’s a great way to earn extra money!

Are there age requirements for models?
Nope! All ages are welcome. Models under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the shoot.

Do models need to sign anything?

Yes. Models have to sign a model release that gives us the right to license the photos.

Can models get copies of the photos?
Yes. Models are sent high-quality digital copies of selected photos for personal use.

Where are the photos taken?
All photos are taken in an indoor studio in the Lower Garden District of New Orleans.

Do you ever take nude photos?
No. We don’t do any nudes, semi-nudes, implied nudes, lingerie, bathing suits, etc.
